Jeanette Caruso has dedicated the last 16 years of her career to progressively responsible Business Development roles within the clinical research industry. With a consistent track record as a top salesperson, she has deepened and expanded sponsor and CRO relationships year over year, driving significant revenue growth for CenExel.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Early Phase Development, Jeanette oversees CRO early phase proposals and site solution strategies for CenExel’s Phase 1 units. Her role involves supporting bid defenses, conducting capabilities presentations, and skillfully networking at industry conferences. Jeanette adeptly manages the entire process of early-phase trial opportunities from invitation to award.

Before joining CenExel, Jeanette spent 12 years at Sutter Health and Kaiser Permanente, working in hospital labor and delivery and postpartum units. Additionally, she has 10 years of experience as the Executive Producer at El Dorado Musical Theatre, where she produced numerous shows.

Jeanette brings a unique blend of business acumen, early phase expertise, a tireless work ethic, and a passion for securing the win to her BD role at CenExel.
